DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

Delivery only to addresses in the UK.

(excluding Channel Islands and BFPO addresses)

 

POSTAGE & PACKING

£2.95 per order

Free on orders over £40.00

 

All orders will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery.

All orders will need to signed for, so please ensure that someone will be at the delivery address.

Orders will be sent as soon as possible, but please allow 14 days for delivery. Contact us first if an order is needed urgently.

We endeavour to send your order as soon as possible but please be aware that the postal service can be slower than normal at the moment.

 

 

RETURNS

We are happy to exchange or refund any item (except earrings - see below) if you return it in original and saleable condition accompanied by the receipt.

If you would like a refund we must receive your return within 10 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange we must receive the return within 28 days.

 

Posted returns must be in their original packaging in a padded envelope. We cannot refund or exchange items if they are damaged when they arrive. Please retain your proof of postage.

Please note that we only refund for the amount of the items purchased and are not responsible for the return postage costs.

 

EARRINGS

The law prevents us from restocking earrings for hygiene reasons.
